THE number of new students in Chinese independent schools is expected to rise next year, Sin Chew Daily reported.
The United School Committees Association of Malaysia (Dong Zong) is confident that the total number of Chinese independent school students will exceed 90,000 in 2017, from more than 86,000 students currently.
