GEORGE TOWN: Talk is rife that Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng will receive a summons to appear in court over the purchase of his RM2.8mil property in Pinhorn Road here.

Journalists were seen gathered at the Penang MACC headquarters in Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah in George Town.
