Welfare group: Victims of paedophiles knew their abusers

MALACCA: A welfare group here says all incidents of paedophilia it handled involved adults who were known to their young victims.

“The perpetrators gained their victims’ trust by being nice and friendly,” said Malacca Barisan Nasional social service centre (Pembela) director Amir Hamzah Aziz.
