THE Federal Government will consider other options such as reviewing the licence of a water concessionaire in Selangor should the state government fail to take over Syarikat Pengeluaran Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Splash) by October.

“One of them is the mode of takeover. At the moment, it is ‘willing buyer, willing seller’, so Selangor is discussing with them, including on the price,” Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili told reporters at the Parliament lobby.
