GEORGE TOWN: The dry spell here has claimed another “victim” – there will not be any dragon boat races to accompany the Dumpling Festival celebration this year.
The 37th Penang International Dragon Boat Festival 2016, originally scheduled for May 28 and 29, has been postponed to Dec 10 and 11 due to the low water levels at the Teluk Bahang Dam.
