KUALA LUMPUR: Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar and Rural and Regional Development Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob are applying to strike out a civil suit filed by Lembah Pantai MP Nurul Izzah Anwar against them on grounds that it was an abuse of court process.
They said the suit was also frivolous and vexatious, said Nurul Izzah’s lawyer Raul Lee Bhaskaran.
