PUTRAJAYA: The Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA) is not an “Aladdin’s Lamp” that can fix the ringgit’s value, said International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed.
He said the ringgit’s depreciated value was mainly due to other factors, such as global oil prices and the economic slowdown in China.
