Outgoing MB was his usual self as drama played out

ALOR SETAR: Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir looked his usual self as he strode into one of the rooms on the sixth floor of the state government complex, Wisma Darul Aman, to announce his resignation before the throng of media personnel.

Walking in with some 30 supporters at 10.15am, he took his seat before opening a bright red velvet-lined folder containing his one-and-a-half-page statement in Bahasa Malaysia and proceeded to read it without a break in his voice.
