IPOH: The Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) has sent out an “SOS” to Rela to help fight rising cases of animal abuse in the city.
ISPCA president Ricky Soong said the animal welfare group was severely short-handed and unable to respond to the many reports of dog and cat abuse.
