PUTRAJAYA: Developers unable to sell off their bumiputra units will get a helping hand with an smartphone app called “Teduh” that will help them seek a wider audience of interested bumiputra housebuyers.
The app, to be launched soon, will be managed by the Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Ministry in an effort to help the industry dispose of the unsold units more quickly and efficiently.
