Najib opens 27th Asean Summit


KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has opened the 27th Asean Summit here, which is being held on the eve of the formation of an Asean Community.

In his opening address, Najib, who will hand over the Asean chair to Laos, said that the region must now do more to give meaning to the Asean Community.
