KUALA LUMPUR: The DiverseCity 2015 Kuala Lumpur International Arts Festival got off to roaring start at an event launched by Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak on Monday.
The inaugural festival was launched by the Prime Minister in conjunction with National Day celebrations at the Pavilion Mall here.
