Ex-model deemed "stable" enough to stand trial for stripping charge


KUALA LUMPUR: A Magistrate's court has fixed Aug 27 for re-mention and submission of documents in the case of a former Sabah model who is accused of stripping at Petaling Street.

According to the hospital's psychiatric evaluation, which was read out in court,  Persana Avril Sollunda, 33, was of "unsound mind" at the time of the April 23 incident during which she allegedly removed her bra and top after failing to pay an RM18 bill at a chicken rice shop.
