PETALING JAYA: The proposed National Harmony and Reconciliation Bill will pave the way for an unfair discrimination tribunal to prevent bias based on religion, race, descent, place of birth, gender or disability if passed.
The tribunal, which will comprise three individuals with one commissioner, will look into complaints of unfair discrimination to resolve them.
