803 low-end homes on the way

GEORGE TOWN: Property developer Tanjung Villa Development Sdn Bhd has won the joint development project to build 803 affordable homes on 1.7ha at the Sandiland Foreshore in Jalan C.Y. Choy here.

The company, a subsidiary of the Tah Wah Group, was given the project by the state government for a tender amount of RM36mil.
