BUTTERWORTH: MCA in central Seberang Prai has taken the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) to task for allegedly failing to manage the mainland’s garbage disposal system well.

Division leaders claimed that garbage bins were placed at unsuitable locations and those placed by the roadside were a danger to motorists.
