Council's catch-a-stray-dog campaign nixed after drawing flak


IPOH: A controversial dog-catching campaign that was supposedly to start Wednesday has been pounded.

The Tanjung Malim district council has issued a notice cancelling  the "One dog RM10" campaign, following widespread criticism on social media.
