Duo cause havoc after refusing to pay GST for food bought

GEORGE TOWN: Two men created a scene at a nasi kandar restaurant after they refused to pay GST for the food they purchased.

The 40-year-old owner said the men went into his shop in Jalan Padang Tembak at around 1.30am on Tuesday to purchase a packet of rice.
