Window cleaners escape death in freak accident

KUALA LUMPUR: Two Bangladeshi workers were injured after the suspended platform they were on plunged to the ground near a bank on Jalan Ampang.

City Fire and Rescue Department chief operations officer Samsol Maarif Saibani said the incident occurred at approximately 12.30pm Wednesday, but that a distress call was only received an hour later from a passer-by.
