Water supply disruption in several areas in Petaling Friday

KUALA LUMPUR: Several areas in Petaling will experience water supply disruption from 9pm on Feb 6 to 8am on Feb 7.

According to a statement by Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas) on Wednesday, this was due to work to install two units of Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) zone systems in SS1, Kampung Tunku, Petaling.

Among the areas to be affected are the whole of SS1, part of SS9A and Section 22, involving 3,104 households.

Consumers are advised to store adequate water during the disruption period and to use water prudently.
