GEORGE TOWN: Just a month ago, they moved into the new apartment block in Bayan Lepas near here. Now, the family is in mourning after a five-year-old boy fell to his death from the 13th floor.

It is believed Muhammad Alif Hamizan Abdul Khalid was home alone and looking down from the balcony at the car park where his grandmother was taking his sister to school when he fell through the balcony’s unlocked window grille.
