MH370: Court orders MAS, four others to enter defence


KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Airlines System Bhd (MAS) and four others have been ordered to file their statement of defence over the suit filed by two children of a missing MH370 passenger against them.

High Court deputy registrar K. Pavani ordered all defendants to file their defence before Dec 15.
