Court acquits Tian Chua of sedition charge


KUALA LUMPUR: PKR vice-president Chua Tian Chang has been acquitted of the charge of making a seditious statement linking the Government and Umno to last year’s Lahad Datu intrusion.

Sessions Court judge Norshari-dah Awang discharged Chua, better known as Tian Chua, without ordering him to enter his de-fence.
