PAS will defend Unit Amal, says Mat Sabu

GEORGE TOWN: PAS will defend its volunteer corps, Unit Amal, if it faces the same action as Penang's Voluntary Patrol Team (PPS), according to its deputy president Mohamad Sabu.

Mohamad, popularly called Mat Sabu, said so far no action has been taken against Unit Amal and that the party only came to know about possible action against it via the media.
