PPS head Phee Boon Poh detained

GEORGE TOWN: Penang executive councillor Phee Boon Poh (pix), who is chairman of the Penang Voluntary Patrol (PPS), has been detained.

He was detained after he gave his statement at the district police station in Patani Road here on Sunday.
