PETALING JAYA: The Government needs to refine the way it handles its projects to put a stop to the plagiarising of proposals.
Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance president Tan Sri Megat Najmuddin Megat Khas said the issue of proposals being hijacked often arose when the details of the projects were changed halfway.
