SHAH ALAM: Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah has advised the Selangor Islamic Religious Council (Mais) and Selangor Islamic Religious Department (Jais) to avoid involvement in the political agendas of any party.
Sultan Sharafuddin said he wanted both Islamic institutions to remain neutral and focus on upholding Islam in Selangor.
