'Millionaire' from China moves in on Penang

GEORGE TOWN: A self-made millionaire from China apparently extended his Yun Shu Mao business empire to Penang about one month ago.

A check by The Star found that the outlet in Jalan Tavoy is manned by a young Thai national who speaks Mandarin.
