GEORGE TOWN: A Myanmar national has been acquitted and discharged by a High Court here of kidnapping and murdering his fellow countryman three years ago.
Justice Zamani Abdul Rahim, in his decision on Monday, said the prosecution had failed to establish a prima facie case against Moe Kyaw @ Deva, 25.
