KUALA LUMPUR: The two police and army officers detained during a special operation in Kunak, Sabah, are related to members of the militant group in the Philippines.
Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Mohd Bakri Zinin said the two corporals were singled out after investigations revealed that their “movements here had assisted groups to move in and out” of Sabah waters.
