PETALING JAYA: Syarie Lawyers Association president Musa Awang has suggested that the custody battle over six-year-old Prasana Diksa be resolved through mediation.
He said the child’s Muslim convert father Mohd Ridzuan Abdullah and Hindu mother M. Indira Gandhi could face a long-drawn legal process, as both the civil and Syariah court orders had equal standing.
