Gas leak at MAS Kargo storage room at KLIA

SEPANG: A pyrogen gas leak was detected in the data storage room of the KL International Airport (KLIA) MAS Kargo here this evening.

KLIA Fire and Rescue chief Yahya Mohd Sham said no casualties were reported in the 4pm incident.

 "Two fire engines were rushed to the scene and the building was evacuated immediately," he said when contacted by Bernama. 

The building was ventilated and the gas posed no danger, he added. 

He said an investigation would be carried out to determine the cause of the leakage.
