Clerk and cook jailed for shoplifting


KUALA LUMPUR: A Filipino clerk was sentenced to one day's jail and fined RM600 by the Magistrate's Court on Thursday for shoplifting.

MA Carolina Andallon, 40, pleaded guilty before Magistrate Erry Shahriman Nor Aripin to committing the offence at the Aeon supermarket in Kepong, Sentul at 4.30pm on May 10.
