Family push for Ramkarpal to take over dad's seat


GEORGE TOWN: Family members and friends of the late Karpal Singh have started collecting signatures in support of his third son taking over his place as Bukit Gelugor MP.

Yesterday, they collected signatures of those who came for akhand path (memorial) prayers for the prominent lawyer and politician in support of Ramkarpal Singh (pic), 38, at the Waada Gurdwara Sahib in Jalan Gurdwara here.
