KOTA KINABALU: A 29-year-old ‘flasher’ who robbed three teenage college students here was arrested hours after the incident.
The unemployed man was believed to have entered the room of a resort in Papar at about 4am Sunday, woke the girls up to ask for their possessions including two handphones, a camera and flashed his genitals before fleeing the room.
