IPOH: Police have arrested three Mat Rempit, including two teenagers, believed to be involved in a spate of motorcycle thefts and retrieved several motorcycle frames from ex-mining pools here.
Ipoh OCPD Asst Comm Sum Chang Keong said police first nabbed the two unemployed teenagers, aged 16 and 19, who were behaving suspiciously near Taman Wing Onn on Wednesday at about 4am.
