KUALA LUMPUR: Less than 10% of 166,000 property owners who protested against the hike in assessment attended the re-assessment objection hearing sessions conducted by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
Although DBKL had taken the initiative to conduct the sessions for the public to express their views and objections, the attendance was discouraging, said Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.
