Video of drunk beggar groping man goes viral

A BEGGAR in Henan province, China, groped and kissed a man who was drunk and sleeping by the roadside, Nanyang Siang Pau reported.

Two photos of the male beggar molesting the drunkard went viral on the Internet.

Some netizens who saw the images commented that they had vowed to stop drinking.

> Vandals rummaged through piles of textbooks in the school hall after breaking into SMJK Yoke Kuan in Sekinchan, Selangor, Sin Chew Daily reported.

It was believed they were students who were angry with the school authorities who had allegedly confiscated their books, the paper said.

School board of directors chairman Lai Dong Yi said some students had left their books in their drawers after being repeatedly told not to leave them there but the students ignored numerous warnings issued by the school.

He said the school authorities collected the books on Feb 22 and meant to return the books to the boys two days later on Monday.

A police report has been lodged.

> Also in Sekinchan, an eight-year-old boy died after an elderly neighbour reversed his car into the child.

The 60-year-old driver did not see the boy playing behind the car when the 8pm incident occurred on Monday, China Press reported.

The boy was rushed to a nearby hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
