PETALING JAYA: The Election Commission and other relevant authorities must give clear and fair guidelines to ensure that all participating parties follow the law while campaigning in the Kajang by-election.
“If there are loopholes. then review or amend the relevant laws,” said Malaysians for Free and Fair Elections (Mafrel) chairman Syed Ibrahim Syed Noh.
