KUALA LUMPUR: Motorists have been reminded to plan their journeys carefully for the festive period to avoid getting caught in the massive traffic snarls expected.
Launching the national road safety campaign yesterday, Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Abdul Aziz Kaprawi said the number of road fatalities during Chinese New Year had been on the rise.
