Malaysian professionals only consider job switch for 20%-30% pay rise

PETALING JAYA: Malaysian professionals will only consider switching jobs for a 20%-30% salary hike, according to an international headhunting firm.

Good candidates were always in demand, said Robert Walters Malaysia’s country manager Sally Raj in referring to the global recruiter’s 2014 salary survey.
