KUALA LUMPUR: The Election Courts here, in Ipoh and in Shah Alam have dismissed three election petitions involving the Lembah Pantai parliamentary seat in Kuala Lumpur, the Rungkup state seat in Perak, and the Penggaram state seat in Johor, respectively.
The Election Court here ruled that a petition filed by a voter disputing the outcome of the 13th general election for Lembah Pantai, which was retained by Nurul Izzah Anwar of PKR, was frivolous, vexatious and an abuse of the court process.
