Inspection for bus drivers to ensure they are fit for the job


BATU PAHAT: Bus drivers will have their background and health checked to ensure that they are fit to be on the road this Hari Raya.

Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Aziz Kaprawi said the checks, which were part of the Hari Raya road safety campaign, would be carried out with the cooperation of the Health Department at bus terminals and various strategic locations nationwide beginning next week.
