Kedah and Penang state governments should negotiate raw water payment issue, says Mukhriz

KUALA LUMPUR: The Kedah state government has proposed negotiations with Penang over the proposal to charge for raw water, said Kedah Mentri Besar Datuk Mukhriz Mahathir.

When met after a book launch on Monday, Mukhriz said previous state governments had tried to discuss the issue, but he believed it was only at the exco level and not between the Mentri Besar and Chief Minister.
