SHAH ALAM: A magistrate issued an arrest warrant against a businessman who failed to appear in court to answer a charge of damaging Barisan Nasional bunting.
Magistrate Nurul Syahida Zainal issued the arrest warrant after being told by DPP Aqeeb Lizalman Nordin Zamery that the accused was absent.
