KUALA LUMPUR: High Court judge justice Zakaria Sam dismissed on Thursday an application by Lembah Pantai MP Nurul Izzah Anwar for leave to strike out 'dubious' voters' names in electoral roll in her constituency.
He made the order after hearing submissions from all parties but did not make any order about as to costs.
