MELBOURNE: The daughter of the Malaysian who killed renowned heart transplant surgeon Victor Chang hopes her father will be home in time for her wedding on Oct 20.
A New South Wales (NSW) Supreme Court dismissed an appeal on Thursday to delay the parole of Liew Chiew Seng, who shot dead Dr Chang in 1991 in Sydney in a failed extortion bid.
