PETALING JAYA: A PAS assemblyman’s adamant objection to the setting up of a cineplex in his constituency has put a plan by developer Andaman Property Management Sdn Bhd in a quandary.
The issue has become more complicated because state investment arm PKNS is the joint developer of the proposed mall, Sentral@Bangi CDB, where the cinema would be located.
