KUALA LUMPUR: Lawyer M. Manoharan has obtained a judgment in default from the High Court for RM3.9mil in legal and consultation fees for allegedly acting for two land owners.
However, the land owners - medical centre Imran ENT Specialist Sdn Bhd and its director Aminah Sirajudin - are applying to set aside the judgment.
