SHAH ALAM: The High Court here has dismissed an application for a revision in the Teoh Beng Hock inquest and upheld a coroner's open verdict.
In his decision Thursday, Justice Abd Rahim Uda said while there were suspicious grounds that could lead to a conclusion, but based on the law, suspicion alone was not enough.
